So i have to lose all my files, all my game progress, documents and absolutely everything is completely gone because of some fucking shithouse security feature that they invented which they cant fix?!?!??!?! What i dont understand is why cant Microsoft make it so when you get a laptop, it gives you this fucking "bitlocker" key to save and keep for when this bullshit happens. For security purposes, account recovery is handled by our system without human intervention, however, we'll do our best to help. This error message could mean that the code is unable to be sent by Microsoft if the mobile number is not in the proper format. Please confirm that the mobile number is formatted correctly, including the area code and country code. If issue persists, may we clarify if you're using a VPN connection? If yes, we suggest disabling it first, and perform the following to further isolate the issue: 1. Go to account.microsoft.com on a mobile network and sign in. Make sure Wi-Fi is turned off. 2.
